The Live from Jackie Zahn’s show on WKDU set was from January, 03, 1989 (as they mention all the band’s vocalists were sick at the time so I hope they are ok with this going up)

Half Japanese – WKDU Band Bash

Half Japnese from a WKDU Band Bash on August 15th, 1987, that was on the top of a Drexel parking garage. More Fiends and Honeymoon Killers opened for them. It was the show were someone walked through a glass door. Besides from that it was a great crowd and all the bands were amazing that day. Found this on Archive and I had to share it. This is just the Half Japanese set.

Sweet Pussy – Live on WKDU

Or as Marina calls them Sweet P-word. They played live on her show on WKDU on March, 28, 1997. I don’t have a lot of information on them – I know some of the band members are Pablo Bravo, Paul Green (of The Paul Green School of Rock Music)
and Lisa Green. (I will update this info when I get more.)

King James Version

Mid 90’s Punk band from Philadelphia. They released one 7″ and an LP plus I’ve included a demo tape and part of a Live on WKDU set from Marina’s show.

5 Story Fall

Finally can put up the 5 Story Fall demo (sort of) – this is recordings of the carts (which were basically 8-tracks with a single songs on them) from WKDU that  (luckily) Jackie had recorded on  a cassette. (Thanks Jackie)
5 Story Fall was John Gilmour (The She Males Encounters) – singing and some guitar, David Reworht  – guitar,  Kelvin Joyner – vocals, Rob Boyes ( Doctor at Tree) – bass  and Bobbie Ray – Drums.
“Bobbie went on to join Executive Slacks We lived next door to Matt Marello Matt and John Young were our idols! Executive Slacks and Lee Paris got East Side Club and Ripleys to book us but we were all notoriously underage all the time” – John
